The Coombsville region looking out the front of the house (soon to be AVA!). No, I haven’t disappeared. Waiting for permit approvals is a bit like watching paint dry, though. But we are slowly moving forward. So for now, we are patiently waiting, and enjoying the lovely view.

The Naked Landscape
After two weeks with a landscape crew and a lot of manual labor, the property is all cleaned up. We also had a survey crew out to measure out the property lines and elevations.
