It’s been a crazy week. Two more storms have passed through in the last 3 days. It was raining non stop but it is finally sunny today – yeah! We are doing cornish hen on the rotisserie for Xmas dinner.

I’ve been baking, baking, baking! I make gingerbread men every year, it’s a tradition. Shawn gobbles them up like his plane is going down!
As you can tell, I am not the best icing-er. And after a couple of glasses of wine, I get progressively worse.
It’s taken me eleven years but I finally got my husband on a horse! It’s a Christmas miracle! This is him and my draft horse, Jasper taken last week. Aren’t they cute?
