Hi, I actually designed the tile myself online with a company called Susan Jablon. I guess they liked my design so much they are selling the color combo I came up with! Find it here http://www.susanjablon.com/designer/custom-mosaics/1690001.html. The colors are slightly different though. I chose an ivory subway tile instead of white (Sub1106). And my 1 inch tiles are a combination of J1905, J1108, and J1105.
